LIVING - A flowing open plan space with large flat screen Smart TV (with Netflix provided), reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan and a dining table seating six.

LAUNDRY - Washer, dryer, sink and separate WC.

OUTSIDE - A balcony, a front verandah and a shady backyard with outdoor dining and BBQ provide guests with many options for a bit of quiet reflection and relaxation.

LINEN - Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

PETS - This property is NOT suitable for pets.

FISHING - The owner is an avid fisherman with his wife. Feel free to use the rods and tackle in the garage.
